I am a hard working, highly motivated person, having extensive experience of working in teams ranging from small to very large in size; both as a team member and as a team leader. Throughout my career I have been recognised as being able to liaise with colleagues and customers alike at a high level and with a large degree of responsibility, in order to resolve issues or further relationships in the quickest, most professional manner possible. I am very flexible and am always willing to provide out of hours support or emergency work when required. I am also used to travelling to different sites and locations, as situations require. While remaining an “all round” support specialist, I have specialised in Windows server technologies and Citrix products, amassing over 9 years experience of both fields. |
